Please find below information to make your Race Day Planning go Fast.

  • Everyone entering the event including Athletes, Staff and Spectators must sign our insurance waiver and keep their wristbands on at all times.   Those without wrist bands will be asked to leave by security.


  • Parking is 1st come 1st serve, some events will have parking attendants


  • Fire Safety require that fuel only be kept at your vehicle and that NO Camp Fires are allowed.


  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone


  • Please put take your trash with you or dispose in receptacles


  • If you are under the influence and attempt to compete in any PBM Event you will not be allowed to compete, no refund will be given and your race entry will be forfeited.


  • No Refunds after Practice Begins


  • Anyone involved in criminal activity or fighting will be removed by security from property
  • Please stay off of the race track and behind barriers / banners at all times


  • Pets must be kept on a leash as they are unpredictable around other animals and racing.


  • Please to not remove flags or banners or any other promotional material from event as that is a criminal act of theft


  • Please do not ride reckless on the property. Please do not ruin pit riding for all. Including all pit vehicles.


  • No Drones allowed with out written permit from promoter


  • Indoor arenas do not allow outside use of alcohol nor smoking or eVape 


  • Camping Quiet Hours begin at 11PM.

Gate Fee - $20 per person (Weekend Pass), Under 5 is Free


Friday Organized Practice - Practice Band must be worn at all times.

Pit Bike: (1st Class) $35, (2nd Class) $30, (3rd Class) $25 (4th Class) $25

  • Late Sign Up is acceptable until Racing Program Starts


  • AMA Membership required for all racing. Weekend passes available for $20


  • Transponders – Available for Rent (See Registration Office) Required.


  • New Electronic Scoring will be presented by our partners at TriStar MX Team.


  • Paid Classes will be paid after (30) min protest period and at trophy presentation.


  • Trophies will place each class 1st – 5th


  • Electric Light Stock = $1,000 from Surron paid 1st $500, 2nd $300, 3rd $200 *Must be on Surron Brand to be eligible for payout. 


  • Paid Classes:  Trail Bike Open / 110 Limited / Open Modified ($ To be announced) Tech inspection required to be completed and verified before Heat 1


Vendors and Track Side Sponsors will be available.


Race Format 

Heat 1 / Heat 2 / LCQ / Main Event (Arenacross), Classes with less than (15) riders will advance straight to Main Event. Heat will determine gate pick. # of laps will be determined by race official. In the event that a class is overfilled we will run (2) Race divisions. We run by way of (Rubber Band Start). Any rider caught cutting track or track markers or jumping on (Red Cross Flag) Will be docked positions determined by race referee. Paid classes are subject to (30) minute protest period and awarded at trophy ceremony. 


Pit Bike Moto will follow AMA guidelines and rules. PBM referee will determine final call.

EVENT QUESTIONS

Q: How to purchase a ticket?


A:  Tickets are purchased at the gate. We accept Cash or Major Credit Card. Please stop and see our gate personnel for General Admission. You will receive a wristband and sign a waiver to enter the facility.

Q: What time does our class start?


A: This is a very common question. For those whom are new to racing, we typically start the day with Sign Up. You will receive a sticker for your class and a schedule. Practice generally starts 1st. See Sign up for times. You then pay attention to the sequence of classes and identify which class you are in. After Practice concludes we will do our Riders Meeting and National Anthem to kick off the Racing Program.


Q: Will there be Food and Drinks at the event?


A: Yes we will have on site concession available for purchase. They are typically open 9-5pm or as long as the event goes on. They do sell Alcohol.


Q: What if I arrive after gate hours? 


A: We do have on site security around the clock, we would prefer if you arrive off hours to please see the registration office and pay for your entrance while you sign waiver.


Q: Do you offer Camping?


A: We currently offer Electric 30/50Amp as well as water. (Water is only on during above freezing temps, typically during the daytime). Sewage is available on site but not at every camp. We do require a camping sticker be visible on your windshield. We check 


Q: Do I need an AMA Card to participate?


A: Yes for racing we are an official AMA Sanctioned event for Insurance and Racing Liabilities. We do require an AMA Card and / or AMA Weekend pass.
